Contract Analysis Overview
STEP 1: Inquiry & Quotation
To initiate the process, please inform us of your specific measurement objectives, specimen details (material, color, and dimensions/geometry),
and preferred thermal ramping profiles. Upon reviewing your specifications, we will propose a formal quotation tailored to your project.

STEP 2: Formal Order & Scheduling
Once you review and accept our quotation, please issue a formal Purchase Order (PO). Upon confirmation of your order, we will promptly secure and notify you of your scheduled measurement date.
(Standard lead time to measurement: Approximately 1 month)

STEP 3: Specimen Shipment
Please arrange for your specimens to arrive at our Tokyo facility at least one business day prior to the scheduled measurement date.
・To prevent loss and allow for real-time tracking, all specimens must be shipped via reliable courier services with tracking capabilities (e.g., FedEx, DHL, or major trackable parcel services). Please refrain from using standard, untrackable postal mail.

・To safeguard data quality and ensure seamless troubleshooting against unforeseen measurement anomalies, we highly recommend providing one extra backup specimen for each sample type whenever possible.

STEP 4: Analytical Reporting & Specimen Return
We will deliver your comprehensive analytical report approximately one week after the completion of the analysis. Your samples will be returned promptly upon completion of the measurements.
・Please note that the final turnaround time may fluctuate slightly depending on current instrument queue volume. We appreciate your understanding.
・Note on International Shipping: The client is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping, including customs duties, shipping fees, and taxes.
