Business Overview
We are an analytical instrument manufacturer currently focused on developing, manufacturing, and selling Thermal Desorption Spectrometers (TDS).
TDS is a mass spectrometer that monitors gases emitted from material surfaces by heating/temperature ramping under ultra-high vacuum. This enables evaluation of surface impurities and analysis of the material's composition itself. It is currently used in various fields such as semiconductors, liquid crystals, organic EL, electrical engineering, steel, automotive, and ceramics for material research, evaluation during manufacturing processes, and quality control.
Our TDS is particularly highly regarded both domestically and internationally because it can heat only the sample, resulting in low background noise. This enables highly sensitive analysis of low-mass molecules such as hydrogen, water, and oxygen, which are notoriously difficult to analyze. Furthermore, leveraging our proprietary desorption gas quantification program, we undertake analytical services for research institutions and companies, broadly supporting research and quality control.

Message from the President
Denshi Kagaku Corporation began in July 1978 as a manufacturer of compact mass spectrometers.
Since then, guided by our management philosophy—“To contribute to your technological development and products by developing and providing products applicable across diverse fields, including technological innovation in advanced analytical techniques, knowledge consolidation, pursuit of high added value, and global resource and environmental conservation”—we have provided TDS (Total Deposition System) technology, initially based on wafer outgassing analyzers for semiconductors, to various industrial sectors worldwide, including semiconductors, liquid crystal, organic EL, electrical, steel, automotive, and ceramics. This time, joining the J-TEC Corporation group as fellow manufacturing companies, we aim not only to expand TDS sales and enhance manufacturing efficiency but also to create new products by combining our strengths in “vacuum, thermal, and mass analysis” with J-TEC Corporation's expertise in “automation, nano-measurement, and nano-processing.” Through these synergies, we will contribute even more broadly to society.
