ESCO, Ltd. began its journey in July 1978 as a pioneer manufacturer of compact mass spectrometers.
Since our founding, we have operated under a steadfast corporate philosophy: "To contribute to our customers' technological breakthroughs and product development
by designing and providing instrumentation applicable across a diverse range of fields—driving technological innovation in advanced analysis, consolidating specialized knowledge,
pursuing high value-added solutions, and supporting global resource and environmental conservation."
Evolving from our foundational Wafer Absorbed Gas Analyzer originally developed for the semiconductor sector, we have delivered our Thermal Desorption Spectrometer (TDS) systems
to a diverse spectrum of industrial industries both domestically and internationally, including semiconductors, liquid crystals (LCDs), organic EL (OLEDs), electronics, iron and steel, automotive, and advanced ceramics.
By recently joining JTEC CORPORATION—a fellow high-precision manufacturing (Monozukuri) enterprise—as a group subsidiary, we aim not only to expand the global market reach
of our TDS instrumentation and optimize manufacturing efficiencies, but also to engineer innovative, next-generation product solutions.
